Terms of Service

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account and purchase a subscription. If you act for a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it. Provide accurate registration and profile information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

The service and beta access

GangMasterDTF provides tools to arrange artwork into digital gang sheets, export files, and store images and saved sheets. It does not itself include physical printing, fulfillment, or a guarantee of compatibility with every printer or production process.

During site-wide beta trial mode, full app access is available with the included storage allowance, and new subscription checkout and paid plan changes are disabled. Beta features may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Ending beta mode does not automatically enroll or charge trial users: you must select a plan and authorize payment to subscribe. Existing paid subscriptions are not automatically canceled or paused if trial mode is enabled.

Subscriptions and payments

When paid access is enabled, GangMasterDTF Pro is offered as a recurring monthly subscription in US dollars. Current plans include the total cloud storage shown:

Higher tiers include Pro access and the stated total allowance; they are not separate charges in addition to the base plan. The price and any applicable taxes shown at checkout control your purchase. Square processes payments. By expressly subscribing, you authorize the disclosed recurring charge until cancellation and agree to keep a valid payment method available.

You can manage your subscription and update supported stored payment methods from My Profile. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period; it does not automatically refund earlier charges. Plan changes are scheduled for the next billing cycle without an immediate prorated charge. A smaller allowance may require deleting files before the change can be scheduled. Paid access or increased storage may depend on confirmation of successful payment.

Contact support for billing errors or refund requests. Refunds are reviewed based on the circumstances and any rights required by applicable law; we do not promise automatic or prorated refunds. We will provide notice of material price changes before they apply to a future renewal and allow you to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Storage and saved-sheet retention

The base allowance is 25 GB of cloud storage, measured in decimal gigabytes. Stored artwork, saved-sheet files, completed exports, and pending uploads may count toward usage. Larger paid plans increase the total allowance. New uploads may be blocked when your allowance is reached. A downgrade or payment failure can reduce your allowance or access; exceeding an allowance does not grant unlimited storage.

Saved sheets expire 30 days after their original creation and may then be removed. Saving, editing, completing, or renaming an existing sheet does not restart the clock. Expiry of a sheet does not delete separate My Image Library files. Keep independent backups and download important exports before expiry. This is a working storage service, not a permanent archive. Deleting a library image does not remove copies already embedded in saved sheets, and deleting a sheet does not delete its separate library images.

Your artwork and permission to process it

You retain your rights in the content you upload or import. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, reproduce, arrange, export, and use that content, including any trademarks, artwork, likenesses, or personal information it contains.

You grant us a limited, nonexclusive permission to host, copy, process, display to your account, and transmit your content only as needed to operate and secure the features you request, such as your library, previews, imports, saved sheets, and downloads. This does not give us ownership of your artwork or permission to sell it, publicly promote it, or train AI models with it. Processing may involve our service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Print preparation and quality

You are responsible for checking artwork rights, spelling, dimensions, spacing, transparency, colors, orientation, resolution, and the finished export before printing. The app keeps images in their uploaded orientation and may create additional sheets when the maximum length is reached. The sheet width remains 22 inches, with a maximum length of 120 inches per sheet and fixed outer spacing.

A low-resolution warning does not prevent an image from being added. Images below 300 effective DPI may print blurry or pixelated. Previews, screen colors, automated layouts, and resolution indicators do not guarantee a particular physical result. Printer settings, inks, media, and production methods affect output.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content or activity, infringement of others' rights, malware, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass billing, storage limits, or security. Do not disrupt the service, access another customer's files without permission, or share credentials to evade account restrictions. We may investigate reports and restrict or remove content or access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights.

Third-party services

Optional Google Drive and Canva imports require your authorization and remain subject to those providers' terms and availability. Imports create copies in your GangMasterDTF library; removing a connection does not delete copies already imported. Canva export options may depend on your Canva plan. Google, Canva, Square, and other providers are independent services, and we cannot guarantee their continued availability or approval of an integration.

Our intellectual property

Except for customer content and third-party materials, GangMasterDTF's software, branding, and service content belong to KBKB Enterprises LLC or its licensors. You may use them to access the service as allowed by these terms, but receive no ownership rights in the app. Do not copy or exploit the service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service at any time and contact support to request account deletion. Cancel a paid subscription separately through My Profile, or ask support to help cancel it; deleting files or revoking Google or Canva access does not cancel billing. Administrative suspension alone does not cancel a Square subscription.

Availability and limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for a particular purpose, or permanent data retention. We use reasonable efforts to operate the service but do not guarantee that data loss or downtime will never occur.

To the extent permitted by law, KBKB Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, production costs, or lost data. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liabilities or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

Changes and general provisions

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post an updated date and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued. If you disagree with revised terms, stop using the service and cancel future renewals. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in effect. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
